These worldwide requirements are designed to prevent credit card fraud through increased data controls. Using this FREE system ensures FKEC’s continued ability to accept payments securely by phone.
The standards were created by the PCI Security Standards Council, which was founded by global payment brands American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard, and Visa Inc. to improve payment security. These brands now require businesses such as FKEC to use this automated, secure phone payment system.
While this required automated phone payment system may seem impersonal to some, it is necessary to ensure payments can be accepted securely by phone. If you have trouble with the system, please call an FKEC representative at 305-852-2431. They will help talk you through how to make a payment and then transfer you to the required automated system.
