There are five options for paying your monthly electric bill:

Online – Pay Online Today!

To pay online you must Register for eBill, FKEC’s electric account management system. To register you will need your FKEC electric account number and a valid email address. Once registered, you can pay your electric bill online using your checking account, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. When paying online, your balance must be paid in full. Please be advised that there is a $2,000 payment limit on Credit Cards and a $5,000 payment limit on electronic checks.

eBill Provides:

• Instant access to your account anytime
• Email notification when new bills are available.
• Option for “paperless” billing.
• Email receipt for a completed payment.
• Access to change or update your account details, view billing & payment history, view historical energy use and more.

After-Hours Night Deposit Box: You can make payments after-hours in the night deposit boxes at both the Tavernier and Marathon offices. Please be sure to provide your FKEC electric account number with your bill stub and a daytime phone number. DO NOT PAY WITH CASH in the night deposit box. FKEC is not responsible for cash left in night deposit boxes. Payments left in the night deposit boxes will be posted the next business day.

Automatic Bill Payment Options

Recurring Credit Card Payments
To pay with a monthly payment from a Visa, MasterCard
or American Express:

• Register online through eBill

or

• Complete a Credit Card Authorization form and return the completed form to our office with a valid signature.

Statement amounts will be drafted automatically each month on the due date and will be referred to on your statement as the “charge date”.

Bank Draft
To pay automatically each month from your bank account sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) by

• Register online through eBill

or

• Complete a Bank Draft Authorization form and return the completed form to our office, along with a voided check from your checking account.

To be eligible for the EFT program, your account must have a credit history free of returned checks within the past 24 months.

Statement amounts will be drafted automatically each month on the due date and will be referred to as the “transfer date” for convenience in updating your bank account records.
