Frank Hawkins was originally elected to FKEC’s Board in 1997. He was then re-elected in 2000, 2003, 2006 and 2009. He was elected board treasurer in 2003 and is a Credentialed Cooperative Director.
Hawkins is CEO of Hawk Associates, an investor relations firm representing microcap and small cap companies on Wall Street. Before founding Hawk Associates, Hawkins was Vice President of Corporate Relations and Planning and head of the investor relations program at Knight-Ridder in Miami.
During his career he has also been an agent handler for the Defense Intelligence Agency in Germany, a foreign correspondent in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, an international businessman and senior corporate executive and president of the Access Asia Group in Hong Kong.
Hawkins has lived in eight countries and is a graduate of Cornell University. He is past president of the Upper Keys Rotary Club and serves on several private and public boards.
