APPLY FOR NEW SERVICE

Deposit
To establish a new RESIDENTIAL account, there is a $150 deposit required. You may request a credit inquiry that could reduce or waive your deposit.

Service Fee
There is a $30 service fee to connect new service.

Information Required
FKEC requires your personal identification, the service address (meter number is preferred), and four Member Service forms (links to all four documents below) to establish a new account.

There are 3 methods you may use to establish your FKEC residential account.

1. Electronically: Download and complete Member Service forms #1 through #4 (see below), then mail, fax or scan and email the completed forms to one of our customer service representatives.

2. In person: Visit our customer service offices located in Tavernier or Marathon (addresses below).

3. By Mail: Simply write or call and we will mail you the information you need.

New Account/Connect Service: Download & Complete all FOUR Forms 

1. Membership Application (Service Agreement)

2. Customer Service Information

3. Credit Card/Checking Account (For Deposit - one time use)

4. Operation Round-Up /Charitable Trust Sign-Up
