Tavernier Operations Center Open House Set for June 19

Florida Keys Electric Cooperative will hold an Open House at its new storm hardened Tavernier Operations Center on June 19 from noon until 7 p.m.

The Open House will include free public tours of the facility, which includes administrative offices, operations, a reinforced warehouse facility and a new fleet maintenance facility. FKEC will also provide free hamburgers and hot dogs to visitors throughout the Open House.

The Tavernier Operations Center is located at 91630 Overseas Highway, mile marker 91.6 Bayside.
